Seito provides Chain Store Management Functionality to efficiently manage food menus and sales data of all branches in its headquarters module. Customer Self-Order & Pre-Order Modes
By scanning a QR code, customers can select items and confirm the order by themselves. The order will be sent to the kitchen automatically. This reduces customer waiting time, manpower costs and means you can turn your table more frequently.
Waiter Mode
The system also supports Waiter Mode. Staff use a mobile device to scan the QR code presented in the Seito F&B workstation to access waiter mode. Staff can take customer orders right at tableside, reducing footsteps and customer waiting time.
With the Seito Intelligent Management System app installed on your smartphone, you are able to get real-time sales data from all of your restaurants. Data is available in multiple report types and is presented in various formats such as by department and time periods. Manage your operations from anywhere.
Kitchen Display System (KDS) is a complete and integrated solution that can help you increase the speed, accuracy, and productivity of your kitchen. Customer order information is displayed on a touch screen monitor so that all of your kitchen staff can view order status at a glance and manage orders by touching the monitor. Depending on the size of your kitchen, multiple monitors can be installed with each only displaying items that are prepared on that line. A separate Pantry monitor could be installed to all overall order monitoring and consolidation.
When using the Call & Collect System, you can effectively notify customers that their orders are ready for collection. Audible and visual indications tell customers when to approach the collection counter. Multiple monitors can be installed throughout your dining area to reduce crowd sizes at the collection counter.
With the Seito Self Ordering Kiosk System, customers can order their food themselves, either for dine-in or takeaway. The kiosk can be equipped with the appropriate equipment to support your e-payment platforms. Reduce customer queueing time, manpower requirements and turn your tables more frequently.
Using physical & digital coupons can provide additional revenue opportunities for you and options for customers, increasing your customers’ consumption habits and enhancing your brand image. The coupon system is integrated with the checkout operation and can eliminate manual processes and avoid human error, therefore improving the cost-effectiveness of issuing coupons.
The system shows the sale & exchange status of all coupons in real-time so that your managing department can adjust and optimize its promotion strategy.
The system supports centralized database or/ and smart card management of member information. Member status and other information including bonus points, stored value, and bonus dollars will store in head office’s membership system server or inside the smart cards. Branches can read the relevant member information from the head office server and member transaction information will update to the head office database regularly.
